Returns
• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items.
• For non-defective items, return shipping costs may apply.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at support@sanscomarket.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll providou with a return authorization and a shipping label if applicable.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds do not include original shipping charges (if any), unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are non-refundable.
• Items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund.
