Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@sanscomarket.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer a full refund.

 

Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description
